Sr. Inside Sales Representative

SUMMARY: The Sr. Inside Sales Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining open and direct contact with customers for the purpose of executing sales and supporting the sales team goals and growth initiatives. Owns customer relationships, works with product line managers and department managers for pricing initiatives and coordinates, tracks, and reports customer data, trends, and sales opportunities. Owns setting up sales pipelines to determine the effectiveness of personal sales strategies, keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, and providing excellent after-sales service to retain customers. This role is also responsible for developing business with existing customers and new customers. Duties & Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answer and prepare communications for quotes, orders, and other customer requests. Review and process orders, ensuring all customer requirements are met. Responsible for customer experience and KPI’s. Follow up on actionable items and tracks requirements to ensure completion through processes. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty. Identify potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications. Research competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences. Coordinate with other departments to meet plans and assist with customer requirements. Keep management informed by preparing results, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses. Provide support and training for less experienced Sales Representatives as needed. Support department manager in day-to-day tasks.
