Innovation Leadership Lead the innovation process from concept through launch readiness,partnering cross-functionally to align businessobjectives, consumerneedsand technical feasibility. Go-to-Market Partnership Partner closely with Brand Marketing and Sales to ensure every innovation launches with a clear strategy, compelling productstoryand strongconsumer &customer value proposition. Performance & Optimization Uncover opportunities for improvement and turn consumer and market learnings into recommendations that strengthen future innovation. Successful candidates typically bring: Experience developing product or portfolio strategies that drive business growth Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to balance consumer needs and business objectives Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Confidence influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders without direct authority A passion for consumer-centric innovation and continuous improvement The ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively and bring clarity to complex challenges Qualifications: Required 7+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, product management, categorymanagementor brand strategy within consumer-packaged goods Demonstrated success developing product or portfolio strategies that drive innovation, commercialgrowthand market differentiation Strong understanding of consumer insights and market research, with the ability to translate consumer needs into winning product strategies Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience evaluating business opportunities, developing businesscasesand influencing portfolio investment decisions Experience leading products from concept through commercializationhand-off, partnering across Product Development, Marketing,Salesand Operations Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment in complex, matrixed organizations Experience balancing consumer needs, technicalfeasibilityand businessobjectivesto make strategic product decisions Excellent communication,presentationand storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and bringing clarity to ambiguous business challenges Bachelor’s degree inMarketing, Business, Engineering or a related fieldrequired; MBA preferred Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time. This role requires on-site presence in the Stamford, CT office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
