Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 2603.16 Opportunity: CT/Xray Tech Job Details: • Work overnight shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Weekends required including overnight coverage • Solely responsible for both CT and X-ray as the only tech working overnight • No on-call required • No floating between units • 1:1 patient ratio • Patients served include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics • At least 1 year of experience required • Compact license must be in hand at time of submission • Required certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS • Epic charting system experience preferred • Required skills include: CT and X-ray procedures, 3D rendering (maximum intensity projection, surface shaded displays, volume rendering), abdomen without and/or with contrast, chest without and/or with contrast, head without and/or with contrast, pelvis without and/or with contrast, vascular chest (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta), multiplanar reconstruction, musculoskeletal trauma, carotid, cervical, lumbar, thoracic, sinuses, soft tissue neck, trauma head, PACS, preparation and/or administration of contrast media, radiation safety, starting peripheral IVs, venipuncture, region of interest measurement, and isolation precautions/PPE • Scrub color: any color • Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day • May be expected to float between nearby sister facilities; refusal to float may result in termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours • 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years, to be submitted during the compliance process prior to start Facility: This short-term acute care teaching hospital operates with 59 total staff beds and 48 unit beds across 2 radiology rooms. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and offers interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretarial support.
