The McGrath Team is looking for a Sales BDC Manager with a great attitude and a willingness to learn, who will have an immediate, positive impact on sales growth. BDC Sales Managers looking for an opportunity to drive our sales forward and earn competitive pay on day one should apply here!

This department handles 100% of all incoming Internet Leads and Sales calls into the dealership.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule a sales appointment.
• Follow up with all previous leads 
• Create customer contact notes in CRM.
• Monitor and update follow up process in CRM
• Respond to Customer website requests via text, email or phone their preference
• Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
• Navigate through dealership computer software to prospect and solicit new business
• Assist the sales department’s efforts to increase automotive sales
• Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.
• Analyze current sales data and look for areas to improve
• Oversee our digital marketing campaign
• Set quotas and appointment goals, driving sales, and tracking results.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism, salesmanship, teamwork, organization and customer service.

• Working PC knowledge, Excel & the ability to navigate the internet is required.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Automotive sales and outbound calling experience

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
