Associate Enterprise Systems Analyst – Momentum Launch Program We are seeking a dynamic and growth‑mindful individual to join the IT & Cybersecurity team as part of the Momentum Launch Program. The role will support business intelligence and analytics initiatives and provide systems administration for enterprise‑level platforms. About the Launch Program The Launch Program is Momentum’s premier early‑career initiative, designed to onboard recent graduates into full‑time, onsite roles at our Dallas headquarters. The program includes comprehensive orientation, mentorship, and targeted training that accelerates professional growth. The next cohort begins in June 2027. For available roles, visit . A Day in the Life Assist in the integration, setup, and maintenance of enterprise‑level systems to streamline processes and document workflows across the organization. Provide data‑driven insights by leveraging business intelligence tools to support decision‑making across multiple departments. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on cross‑functional initiatives. Organize and manage multiple high‑priority projects, adapting to meet deadlines and ensuring timely completion of key tasks. Participate in team meetings to share ideas, align on goals, and contribute to the Enterprise Systems team’s overall strategy. Attend training sessions to support your professional growth and development. Qualifications Graduation in Winter2026 or Spring2027 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Proficient in Excel; experience with SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, DataStudio, RedShift, Python, or similar is a plus. Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve efficiency, organization, and employee support. Proven leadership experience in extracurricular activities or previous roles, demonstrating the ability to drive project success. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and work styles. Capacity to quickly switch contexts and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail. Passion for building, continuous improvement, and making a positive impact. Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing business requirements. Actual compensation will be determined by role, level, and location, taking into account job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. For roles eligible for remote work, the base salary is tailored to the designated work location. In addition to the base salary, candidates may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on company performance and individual contributions.
