Here's a glimpse into what your typical day might look like: Assist in the integration, setup, and maintenance of enterprise‑level systems to streamline processes & document workflows across the organization. Provide data‑driven insights by leveraging business intelligence tools to support decision‑making processes across multiple departments. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on cross‑functional initiatives. Organize and manage multiple high‑priority projects, adapting to meet deadlines and ensuring the timely completion of key tasks. Join team meetings to share ideas, align on goals, and contribute to the Enterprise Systems team’s overall strategy. Attend training sessions to support your professional growth and development. Qualifications We’re looking for someone who: Graduates in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Is proficient in Excel; experience with SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, DataStudio, RedShift, Python, or similar is considered a plus. Has experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve efficiency, organization, and employee support. Has proven leadership experience in extracurricular activities or previous roles, demonstrating the ability to drive project success. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of personality types and work styles.
