Gibbs & Olson is seeking a Engineer 4 to lead design projects, work directly with clients, and mentor the next generation of engineers.
This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role with an established and respected civil engineering and land surveying firm serving public and private sector clients across Washington and Oregon.
What You'll Do:
- Design and manage civil infrastructure and site development projects
- Lead technical tasks and coordinate with clients, agencies, and consultants
- Prepare detailed plans, reports, cost estimates, and permit documents
- Mentor junior staff and support business development
- Help pursue new work and maintain strong client relationships
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) registration
- 8+ years of civil engineering experience
- Skilled in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam
- Experience with public/private utilities, stormwater, roads, and/or site development projects
- Experience working with public agencies, permitting, and funding coordination
