We are seeking a Temporary Receptionist to support a busy office. Qualified candidate will be detail-oriented with strong communication and computer skills.
Job Duties:
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Collecting copays
- Faxing documents
- Data entry
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist experience required
- Scheduling experience preferred
- Candidates without scheduling experience will be considered if they are willing to learn and pick up new skills quickly
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wage:
$19.00 per hour
