You will partner with telecommunications carriers, finance, procurement, network services, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate telecom records, optimize costs, and maximize the value of telecommunications investments. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to operational excellence while building a rewarding career in a dynamic, global environment.Pay, Benefits and MoreWe are eager to attract the best talent, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), a 401(k) retirement savings plan, life insurance, disability coverage, paid time off, and the opportunity to participate in a company incentive plan.What you'll do on a typical day:Support the financial management and administration of telecommunications services across the organizationReview, validate, and process telecommunications invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements and pricing structuresManage telecom inventory records and maintain accurate asset, circuit, and service documentationInvestigate, reconcile, and resolve carrier billing discrepancies in a timely mannerServe as a liaison between telecommunications carriers, finance, procurement, network services, and business stakeholdersMaintain accurate telecom expense and inventory records to support financial reporting and operational decision-makingIdentify opportunities for cost optimization and increased visibility into telecommunications spendingSupport audits, service transitions, sourcing initiatives, and vendor reviews related to telecommunications operationsCollaborate with global teams across multiple regions and time zones to support business and operational requirementsAssist in ensuring vendor compliance with contractual agreements and service-level expectationsAnalyze telecom spending trends and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costsWhat you need to succeed:At a minimum, you'll need:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent related work experience1+ years of experience managing telecommunications expenses, billing, inventory, or vendor relationshipsKnowledge of telecom invoicing, expense management, and telecommunications service lifecycle administrationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve billing discrepanciesExperience working with financial data, reporting, and expense analysisProficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business reporting toolsStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracyAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendorsIt'd be great if you also have:Experience supporting global telecommunications environmentsKnowledge of telecommunications contracts, sourcing activities, and vendor management practicesExperience with Telecom Expense Management (TEM) platforms or similar toolsFamiliarity with network services and telecommunications technologiesExperience supporting audits, compliance initiatives, and financial reviewsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment while managing multiple prioritiesExperience analyzing spending trends and identifying cost-saving opportunitiesWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
