Front Desk & Member Services Lead

Edwardsville YMCA in Edwardsville, IL is seeking a dedicated Member Specialist to support the Member Services team, respond to member and guest needs, promote memberships and programs, and act as a department representative in the absence of the Director. You will supervise staff, model YMCA values, and ensure high-quality service across in-person and phone interactions with a set schedule including one Sunday per month.
