Position: Material Coordinator
Pay: Competitive

Location: Chicago, Illinois

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Material Coordinator to start IMMEDIATELY at a competitive rate. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

Support daily materials and inventory operations
Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including shipment tracking and expediting
Support production by pulling inventory and supporting build-out requirements
Follow engineering change procedures and manage min/max inventory levels
Communicate supply issues and risks with suppliers and internal teams
Support plant inventory activities, dock operations, and shipment transactions

Qualifications:

Associate degree or equivalent experience in materials or manufacturing
1–3 years of experience in materials, logistics, or automotive manufacturing
Experience with inventory systems and JIT environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information and follow standardized procedures
