Seeking a hands-on, builder-focused AI Project Manager for a full-time remote position, responsible for designing, prototyping, and scaling AI-assisted workflows to optimize content production and growth marketing operations. Key responsibilities Architect, prototype, and scale end-to-end AI-assisted workflows for content production and asset localization Configure and maintain interactive growth funnel assembly lines using various tools Launch and optimize practical AI pipelines across CRM systems and asset production Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in project management, operations management, or growth operations Demonstrated capability to build, test, and deploy complex workflow automations using no-code platforms Direct proficiency in engineering prompts and structuring workflows using foundational AI models Proven track record of re-engineering manual workflows into streamlined processes Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with a pragmatic approach to AI limitations
