Additionally, you will be responsible for training and mentoring staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service. The Floral Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and health regulations, and managing the department's budget. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the floral department.

• Monitor sales and adjust inventory levels accordingly.

• Plan and execute special events and promotions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of flowers and plants.
• Prepare reports on department performance and sales.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Floral Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral design.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Proficient in inventory management and budgeting.
• Creative and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
