We are seeking dependable Production Finishers to join a manufacturing team on first shift. This position is responsible for sanding, buffing, grinding, and deburring metal components to ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Job Duties
- Sand, buff, grind, and deburr manufactured parts and components
- Remove sharp edges, excess material, and imperfections from finished products
- File and finish parts according to production requirements
- Inspect parts to verify quality and conformance to specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment safely and efficiently
- Enter and maintain production information using computer systems as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Assist with additional production tasks as assigned
- Previous manufacturing, finishing, grinding, deburring, or production experience preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to perform repetitive work while maintaining accuracy
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing 20 to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements
- Ability to perform repetitive production tasks throughout the workday
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Full-time position
- First Shift
- Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
