We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented person with strong computer skills to help keep our business running smoothly. Position Overview Part-time or full-time, on-site in downtown Ventura. This varied role supports our daily operations, job tracking, inventory, and client and vendor communications. Primary Tasks Operations: Track in-process jewelry jobs, update records in our POS system, enter inventory, and manage shipping, receiving, and supplies. Communication: Answer phones and communicate with clients and vendors by phone, email, and text. Website & Social Media (Optional): Help organize Shopify products, upload inventory to our website, and respond to social comments and reviews. Creative Projects (Optional): Assist with photography, videography, graphic design, signage, and marketing emails. Requirements Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and adapt to changing needs. At least three years of office experience. Experience with AI tools, Shopify, photo or video editing is a plus.
