Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team in a welcoming showroom environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for organization, and wants to grow within a supportive, team-focused setting. You will play an important role in helping customers bring their ideas to life while ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

• Provide front office support in a retail showroom and back-office setting, including answering phones, directing calls, filing, and processing invoices and labels
• Assist retail customers and contractors in person and over the phone with product inquiries and order placement
• Support showroom consultants with administrative tasks and documentation
• Guide customers in selecting materials for home and commercial projects based on their needs and preferences
• Accurately enter and manage orders using a Microsoft Windows-based system
• Deliver a warm, professional, and helpful customer experience throughout the purchasing process
• Maintain organized records and ensure accurate data entry

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anaheim, CA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
