Job Summary:
The outpatient physical therapy position is located in Novato, California. Candidates are required to bring their California Physical Therapist license on the first day of employment. This role involves providing specialized outpatient rehabilitative services, including assessment, treatment planning, and patient education. The position requires a minimum of one year of experience and entails working a standard 8-hour shift, totaling at least 40 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Location: Novato, California
• Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Days)
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40.0
• Required Qualifications: Valid California Physical Therapist license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, EPIC electronic medical records experience, minimum of 0 years of experience, and travel experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge and charting system experience, Community Hospital experience.
• Certifications: BLS, valid within expiration dates, uploaded with application.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be prepared to work during major holidays including New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. All compliance documents, including Nursys verification within the last 2 weeks and references obtained within the last year, are required prior to start.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Schedule: 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours weekly, starting on 07/20/2026.
