As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.

Lead bespoke broking on complex placements and participate in large account reviews and client strategy meetings.
Support team excellence by coaching colleagues on product knowledge, execution, file quality, and client communication.
Take ownership of key financial and operational metrics (revenue, pipeline, file completeness, workplan adherence, audit readiness).
Communicate effectively with team members and all internal and external constituents.
Travel to clients, colleagues, and insurers across the U.S. (and occasionally internationally) for meetings, negotiations, and reviews.
