Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for opportunities in the St. Louis area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare environment, delivering high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art centers.

Competitive salary & hourly rates plus:

• Daily volume bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift to reward you on those busier days!
• Quarterly bonus: Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.

Minimum required qualifications:

• Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants: Minimum 1 year of full-time experience as a provider in a family medicine, emergency medicine, peds, or urgent care setting.
• Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), Preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays (required)
• Physician Assistants: Master's degree and NCCPA Certification is required
• Nurse Practitioners: Master's degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
