Marketing Specialist

Job Summary Our client, a leading Retail Technology provider, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their team. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role. Contract Details 7 month Contract Richfield, MN Onsite Core Responsibilities Support the day-to-day operations of the internal platform by reviewing and approving advertiser creative submissions, ensuring compliance with brand, legal and creative policies, and helping maintain a high-quality advertiser experience Work closely with Product, Ad Operations, Sales, and Vendor Partners to review creative assets, resolve submission issues, and facilitate timely campaign launches Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) 1+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, content moderation, platform support, e-commerce, or a related field Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate creative content against established guidelines Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Experience working with advertising platforms, retail media networks, or campaign management tools Knowledge of digital advertising formats, creative specifications, and campaign workflows Experience supporting product or operational processes in a technology environment Familiarity with QA processes, continuous learning models and ticketing systems Key Competencies & Behaviors Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to balance quality standards with operational efficiency in a fast-paced digital advertising environment Work Environment Location: Richfield, MN Onsite Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $21.00 and $30.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
