As a new Gymnastics Coordinator, you can expect a dynamic and energetic environment where each day brings something new! Your responsibilities will include planning and leading engaging gymnastics classes that cater to various skill levels, ensuring each child's safety while they flip, twist, and soar. Your expected schedule will typically range from 10 to 15 hours per week, with classes held during afternoons and weekends when kids are eager to learn. Expect to interact with children and their families, fostering a fun atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. To thrive as a Gymnastics Coordinator, several key skills and qualifications are essential for success. A high school diploma is a must, and you should be at least 18 years old to ensure you're equipped to guide and inspire young gymnasts effectively. Your background in gymnastics, coupled with knowledge of teaching techniques, will help you create fun and engaging lessons tailored to different skill levels. Experience in coaching or teaching gymnastics is crucial, as it allows you to connect with your students and effectively demonstrate skills.

Additionally, strong communication abilities will enable you to clearly convey instructions and foster positive relationships with children and their families. Being adaptable and creative will help you design exciting programs that keep kids motivated and eager to learn. With these essential skills, you'll be set to make a significant impact in the lives of your students!

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Must be a high school graduate
• 18 years or older.
• Knowledge and experience teaching gymnastics.
