Job Description Job Title: Payroll Support Type of Role: Direct Hire Shift: 1st Location: Huntsville AL Position Overview: The time keeping office tracks, monitors and processes all labor hours for the client’s division to post monies to projects and to generate employee pay. We also ensure audit compliance for the client in conjunction with federal government standards as it pertains to labor charging procedures. Duties of Position Employee will be responsible for learning all labor charging procedures and enforcing them with both fellow employees and management. Employee will audit time cards and process all labor hours each week against the labor charging procedure. Employee will aid in processing all hours on a bi‑weekly basis for the purpose of employee pay. Employee must maintain confidentiality in all records entrusted to this position. Employee will be expected to perform pay adjustments as well as labor adjustments as needed. Employee may be expected to work some week ends and holidays as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. At least 4 years payroll experience. Knowledge of Excel is a must. #J-18808-Ljbffr
