Key Responsibilities For The Contract Specialist Prepare, review, negotiate, and administer a variety of commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and Statements of Work. Oversee contracts throughout the full lifecycle, from initial drafting through execution, renewal, and closeout. Contract Specialist will support aviation maintenance, service, and vendor agreements to ensure operational continuity. Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to address contract terms, obligations, and compliance requirements. Assess contractual risks and provide recommendations that align with organizational objectives and mitigate exposure. Maintain organized contract records and documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process. Qualifications For The Contract Specialist 4+ years of contract administration, management, or negotiation experience. Proven success managing contracts through the full lifecycle. Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements. Strong understanding of contract risk, compliance, and legal terminology. Bachelor's degree preferred; legal, paralegal, certification, or military contracting experience a plus.
