• Partner with other healthcare providers—including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, family caregivers, and other stakeholders—to develop cohesive and holistic care plans.
• Educate patients and their families to foster ongoing improvement outside the clinical setting.
• Occasionally perform inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions, ensuring a seamless continuum of care for all patients.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards.

Educational Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an ASHA-accredited Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not already certified.

Licensures and Certifications

• Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of starting employment.
