Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (overtime frequently available)
Description:
We are seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator for a full-time, shop-based role focused on fabricating miscellaneous parts and structural frames. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on welding experience who can work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of welding/fabrication experience
Ability to read and follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team
Strong understanding of welding techniques and basic metallurgy
Ability to plan work and select appropriate tools and equipment
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, layout, and fit parts and assemblies according to specifications
Cut materials using saws, ironworkers, and other metalworking equipment
Prepare components for welding using grinders, sanders, and related tools
Perform welding in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
Determine proper welding methods and equipment based on materials and requirements
Operate overhead cranes and forklifts to move materials and finished products
Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Schedule & Benefits:
Full-time: Monday – Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (overtime frequently available)
