Your tasks include:

• Processing of support orders in the Service Operations Team
• Independent remote administration of customer systems (hospitals) with high personal responsibility for error analysis and troubleshooting
• Conception and implementation of optimization measures
• Carrying out system updates in coordination with our customers (for various technologies as well as our own hospital information system Orbis®)
• Working hand in hand with project management, third-party manufacturers and colleagues from other departments
• Performing extensions and upgrades of the existing IT infrastructure and supporting troubleshooting and performance analysis

Your profile:

• You have a training as a specialist in information technology or a completed technical degree
• In addition, you have solid knowledge in some of the following areas (or the motivation to work accordingly): Linux/Unix, Windows, Citrix, Oracle, Veritas Netbackup, Veeam, VMware, storage systems, cluster technologies
• A high degree of reliability and a confident handling of customers characterize you
• You always act customer and service-oriented
• Your way of working is independent and goal-oriented
• Good communication skills, pronounced team orientation and resilience are among your strengths
