Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to ascertain their mental health needs, challenges, and aspirations.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy in both individual and group settings, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and stress management.
• Craft customized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific needs, incorporating measurable goals and therapeutic interventions.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and stabilization.
• Facilitate educational sessions for clients, equipping them with knowledge on mental health conditions, coping mechanisms, and available community resources.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes to meet both legal and ethical standards.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring an unwavering commitment to client confidentiality and informed consent.
• Embrace and demonstrate cultural sensitivity in all interactions, recognizing and respecting the diverse backgrounds of our client population.
• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to provide holistic client care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
