Manager (RN) - Med/Surg/Tele - Full Time

Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily clinical operations for the Med/Surg Tele units, ensuring safe and high-quality patient care, managing staffing, budgeting, regulatory compliance, performance improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of service excellence. Position Summary As the MST Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, partner closely with clinical supervisors, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow and labor efficiency, uphold documentation standards, and maintain high levels of clinical expertise in telemetry, emergency response, and evidence-based practices. Qualifications Two (2) years of recent department specific experience and charge nurse or supervisory expertise. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field (Master’s preferred). Licensure / Certifications Registered Nurse with current California RN license. Current BLS certification. ACLS certification. Basic EKG/telemetry interpretation experience required or completion of a Basic EKG class within six months. Essential Job Duties Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Maintain confidentiality and function effectively with high volumes of patients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good computer skills and solid understanding of English grammar and punctuation. Ability to calculate figures such as proportions, percentages, BSA, circumference, and volume. Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
