Associate, Investments & Strategic Finance | Power Infrastructure Platform | Houston, TX We're retained by a next-generation power infrastructure platform to hire an Associate within its Investments & Strategic Finance team. About the Platform A technology-driven power infrastructure platform developing large-scale power generation solutions for hyperscale data centers and other energy-intensive customers. The business combines natural gas generation, high-voltage infrastructure, battery storage, and renewable integration to deliver dedicated power outside of traditional utility interconnections. Over the past year, the platform has executed several landmark strategic transactions, including securing multi-billion-dollar institutional investment and forming partnerships with some of the largest companies in the power and energy sectors. Backed by this momentum, the business is rapidly scaling a multi-gigawatt development pipeline to meet accelerating AI-driven power demand. The Role A highly entrepreneurial investing role working across investments, strategic finance, project development, and capital markets. You'll work directly with senior leadership evaluating new investment opportunities while supporting the financing and development of large-scale power infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include: Evaluating new power generation and infrastructure investment opportunities Building detailed project finance and corporate valuation models Supporting acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships Assisting with project financing and capital raising initiatives Preparing investment committee materials, board presentations, and financing analyses Working closely with commercial, development, engineering, and finance teams to evaluate new investments Supporting long-term corporate strategy and capital allocation initiatives Candidate Profile 2–5 years of experience across power & utilities investment banking, private equity, strategic finance or corporate development Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities Experience supporting complex transactions or investment opportunities Understanding of infrastructure investing and project finance Interest in power generation, digital infrastructure, and AI-driven energy demand Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a lean, high-growth environment This is an exceptional opportunity to join a lean investment team with exposure across investing, capital markets, strategic finance, and project development while helping build critical power infrastructure for the next generation of AI and industrial growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr Madison Hunt
