Position Overview Department: Physical Therapy Outpatient Schedule: Day/Evening, 8‑hour shift, Monday through Friday Facility: CMME Orthopedics Location: Auburn, ME 04210 Sign‑On Bonus: up to $10,000 Position Highlights Hospital‑based outpatient setting EMR integrated with all Central Maine Healthcare providers Practice hours weekdays, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Individualized patient care with one‑on‑one sessions No double booking or dovetailing Therapist‑driven schedule New graduate Physical Therapists welcome; includes mentorship, training, and growth opportunities Responsibilities Provides medically prescribed physical therapy services to evaluate, treat, and restore function while improving mobility, reducing pain, and preventing disability. Delivers patient‑centered care in accordance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and evidence‑based practices. Perform patient evaluations and physical therapy assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation and functional improvement Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery goals Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes accurately Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary health‑care teams Maintain compliance with regulatory, licensing, and patient safety standards Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, or Certificate degree in Physical Therapy Current state Physical Therapy license Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current Employment Details Employment Status: Full Time Shift: Days Equal Employment Opportunity Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
