Our client, a growing multi-family office serving ultra-high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs, and business owners, is seeking a Marketing & Client Experience Manager to support the continued expansion of its brand and client experience.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys balancing creativity with execution. You'll have the opportunity to own a wide variety of initiatives—from client events and digital marketing to content creation and marketing technology—while helping shape the firm's overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive marketing initiatives across email, social media, website, and digital channels.
• Create compelling content, presentations, marketing materials, and thought leadership pieces.
• Coordinate and execute client appreciation events, educational seminars, and networking events from planning through post-event follow-up.
• Manage relationships with outside vendors, designers, and marketing partners.
• Produce and edit short-form video and social media content to strengthen the firm's online presence.
• Maintain website content and support ongoing SEO and digital marketing efforts.
• Leverage AI, automation, and marketing technology to improve workflows and campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations based on engagement and analytics.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4-7 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or brand-focused role
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
• Experience supporting digital marketing initiatives, email campaigns, and social media

Preferred

• Experience within wealth management, financial services, private banking, or luxury brands
• Background planning client-facing events or executive-level experiences
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative platforms
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
• Working knowledge of SEO, website management, and marketing analytics
• Comfortable incorporating AI tools into daily marketing workflows
