Our client, a medical research company, is looking for a Phlebotomist I for their Bakersfield, CA location. Responsibilities include representing the face of the company to patients, drawing quality blood samples, and maintaining a safe and professional environment. The Phlebotomist I will demonstrate leadership behaviors and focus on process excellence skills.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy license, and six months of phlebotomy experience. Medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred, along with customer service experience in a retail or service environment and keyboard/data entry experience.
