Missions principales : Accueillir chaleureusement les visiteurs et les orienter vers les services appropriés Gérer le standard téléphonique en répondant aux appels entrants et en transférant les communications nécessaires Fournir des informations sur les services et répondre aux demandes des clients avec professionnalisme Assurer la prise de messages et le suivi des demandes spécifiques des visiteurs Organiser les réservations et gérer l'agenda des rendez‑vous Collaborer avec les différents départements pour garantir une expérience client fluide Participer aux missions du service commercial Vous êtes le/la candidat(e) idéale si vous avez / êtes : Excellentes compétences en service client et capacité à interagir avec divers interlocuteurs Aisance téléphonique et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément Bonne présentation, sens de l'organisation et souci du détail Capacité à travailler en équipe tout en étant autonome Maitrise de l'outil informatique/administratif Vous êtes éligible à une formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 (diplôme validé ou en cours de validation) Poste basé à Bourges (18) Rémunération selon niveau d’études + âge !
