Biotech Associate

Join our Manufacturing team to play a vital role in executing bioprocess recipes and equipment operations that support the production of therapeutic proteins under cGMP conditions.

This is a full-time, site-based role following a rotating manufacturing schedule (covering day or night shifts). Working on-site in a cleanroom environment ensures the technical precision, safety, and strict quality compliance required to manufacture active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).

• Equipment Operation & Bioprocessing: Set up, operate, and monitor biomanufacturing equipment, including Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) systems.

• Batch Execution & Documentation: Follow written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and record production activities in paper and electronic documents in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

• Basic Analytical Testing: Perform routine laboratory testing, including pH monitoring, conductivity measurements, and product sampling.

• Cleanroom & Facility Care: Maintain production suites and equipment through routine cleaning, sanitization, and gowning, supporting 6S site standards.

• Material Movements: Transfer raw materials and chemicals safely into, out of, and across production areas.

• Training & Administrative Tasks: Complete assigned training qualifications, participate in shift exchange handovers, and attend regular team meetings.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required (Associate or Bachelors degree in a scientific field preferred).

• Experience: Entry Level (04 years) in manufacturing, biopharma, or a regulated cleanroom environment.

• Quality Awareness: Understanding of basic cGMP principles, GDP compliance, and aseptic technique handling.

• Technical & Soft Skills: Strong logic, critical thinking, and written/verbal communication skills to read process flows and follow SOPs.

• Physical & Schedule Capabilities: Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (days or nights), wear full PPE/gowning, stand or walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
