Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily construction tasks, including site preparation and cleanup.
• Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
• Operate basic construction equipment as needed, under supervision.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Report any issues or concerns to the site supervisor promptly.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in construction or labor roles is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced workers.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
