We believe healthcare is a right, not a privilege, and everything we do is built around that belief.We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to help us bring care directly to the people who need it most through our Mobile Health Unit and school-based health center. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who wants their work to matter and is ready to grow into it.What You'll DoCoordinate and support day-to-day operations for the Mobile Health Unit, School-Based Health Center, and other outreach programsHelp plan and execute community healthcare events that connect underserved patients with careTrack project timelines, deliverables, and program records to keep initiatives on courseSpot inefficiencies and help build better, more standardized processesSupport grant writing, research, and reporting effortsCollaborate across departments and with community partners to keep everyone alignedTrack metrics and build reports that help leadership make good decisionsOperate the mobile health unit (medical clearance/DOT card required - training and support provided)What You'll BringBachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong organizational skills and genuine attention to detailComfort working with spreadsheets and everyday tech tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office; EPIC experience a plus, not required)Clear, professional, and respectful communication with people from all walks of lifeA problem-solving mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCultural sensitivity and a genuine alignment with our mission to serve underserved communitiesPrior experience in healthcare, clinical settings, project coordination, or operations is a plus - but we're just as interested in your drive and fit as we are your resumeWhy Family HealthCarePurpose you can feel.
