GET TO KNOW THE ROLE

As a Concrete Laborer - Finisher, you'll start your day from home, heading directly to job sites. Whether you're working on flatwork or finishing up a detailed surface, you'll use your forming, screeding, and broom-finishing skills to create clean, flawless concrete. You'll take ownership of your tasks while collaborating with a skilled crew to make sure every project meets our high standards. Each day offers new challenges and the satisfaction of seeing your hard work transform into beautiful, lasting results.

This is a full-time position with working hours from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime opportunities are available as needed. You'll have the flexibility to dispatch directly from your home to job sites, so there's no need to report to a central office!

What You Need to Succeed:

• 1-2 years of experience in the concrete finishing trade
• Strong skills in forming, screeding, and broom finishing
• Dependable work ethic with reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently on job sites

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience specifically finishing concrete
