Consulting Accounting/HR Assistant

Dabri is a specialized consulting firm providing premier Program and Construction Management services. We protect owner interests by delivering structured, detail-oriented, and reliable operational support for complex infrastructure projects.

We are seeking a proactive Consulting Accounting/HR Assistant to anchor our day-to-day business functions. This multi-functional role is the backbone of our office, blending administration, financial support, HR coordination, and marketing. You will work directly with our project teams in a fast-paced environment where your organization ensures our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare customer invoices and track payments.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Assist with payroll processing and payroll records.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Prepare documentation for audits and year-end reporting.
• Work with project managers to track project budgets and expenses.
• Maintain organized financial files and accounting documentation.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years of administrative, accounting, or operations experience preferred (AEC industry experience is a plus).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred), or a related field preferred.
• Technical: Comfortable with office software, billing systems, and multitasking in a shifting small-business environment.
• Attributes: Extreme attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.
• Valid US work authorization required (no visa sponsorship available).
• Local candidates preferred.
• Must be able to work in Oakland Office per business need.
