Job Title: Home Care Office Manager
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Home Care Office Manager to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This onsite direct hire opportunity in Edison, NJ offers the chance to lead daily office functions within an established care services environment while helping drive workforce engagement, service quality, and operational effectiveness. The position collaborates with caregivers, clients, and internal team members to ensure smooth service delivery and regulatory adherence. Compensation:
$70,000 - $90,000/year with bonus opportunity
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday during standard business hours; weekend on call support as needed
Key Responsibilities of the Home Care Office Manager:

• Oversee daily office operations and provide leadership to administrative and support staff to promote efficiency, accountability, and quality service.
• Foster positive employee experiences by supporting caregiver engagement, addressing workplace concerns, and encouraging long term workforce retention.
• Coordinate communication between care providers, clients, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and support a high level of service.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, documentation standards, audit requirements, and operational policies through ongoing oversight and process management.
• Guide activities within a busy care services office serving a large caregiver and client population while helping maintain consistent operational performance.

Qualifications and Skills for the Home Care Office Manager:

• Previous experience within home health care, in home care, senior care, or a closely related caregiving services environment.
• Demonstrated success leading teams, supervising administrative personnel, or managing day to day office operations.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, record management practices, and audit readiness within a healthcare or care services setting.
• Experience using industry related scheduling, workforce management, or care coordination platforms; familiarity with home care software is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, communication abilities, and relationship building capabilities; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
