We are seeking a hands‐on technician with strong electrical aptitude to support product testing, calibration, and quality assurance. The role involves operating test equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.

 

Responsibilities

• Perform product testing according to defined criteria using ohmmeters, oscilloscopes, HiPot testers, digital multimeters, and clamp‐on CTs.
• Inspect products and monitor equipment dashboards to identify issues
• Conduct wiring, cable prep, and assembly per schematics and drawings
• Troubleshoot test problems and escalate through quality tools
• Document repairs, quality checks, and performance data
• Support new equipment/process implementation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a safe, clean work area following 5S and safety policies
• Assist less experienced associates and participate in cross‐functional projects
• Basic computer skills are required.

 

Requirements

• 3 years mechanical, electrical, or related experience in a production environment
• Associate degree in Electronic Technology preferred
• Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and problem‐solving skills
• Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and bills of material
• Proficient with hand/power tools and basic computer skills (Excel, Word, SAP)
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.
• May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Work overtime as required. 

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive maintenance
• Knowledge of manufacturing production processes, quality standards, and equipment programming/testing
• Collaborative approach to problem solving and process improvement
