Location: California (Remote Telemedicine + Onsite Locum Options) Job Type: Locum Tenens, Contract, Part-Time, Full-Time Schedule: Flexible MD Staffing Services is actively recruiting Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) licensed in California for upcoming telemedicine and onsite locum opportunities statewide. We partner with healthcare organizations to deliver high-quality mental health care through modern telepsychiatry programs and facility-based assignments. Our clinician-owned leadership team understands what psychiatric providers need to succeed. Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up visits via secure video platforms. Provide psychotherapy, counseling, and mental health support as clinically appropriate. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized patient care plans. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and the broader care team to ensure coordinated, whole-person care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within 24 hours. Stay current on best practices in psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and evidence-based mental health treatment.
