We’re looking for a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about reaching individuals who need mental healthcare but lack easy access to it. Let Talkspace handle the insurance billing, marketing, and administrative costs, so that you can create your own schedule and focus fully on providing impactful care! **This is a contract position** What you'll do: Treat patients in your state(s) of licensure Conduct initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for established patients Use the Talkspace platform to conduct video call sessions with patients, submit clinical documentation, and manage patient treatment plans Coordinate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as needed Perks: Easy-to-Use: You can seamlessly conduct video call sessions with patients, manage cases, create treatment plans, and submit your clinical documentation for each patient No Overhead: Say goodbye to insurance barriers, marketing budgets, administrative costs, and other expenses associated with private practice Flexible: Practice from the comfort and safety of your own home, on your own time. Select your own schedule that works with your other personal or professional obligations Secure: We protect all patient-provider communications using best-in-class, bank-level security and encryption technology HIPAA-Compliant: We adhere to HIPAA BAA regulations and ethical codes regarding patient confidentiality Compensation: $110 per initial session with a new patient referral (Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examination - 45-60 min) $30-$85 per follow-up session with an established patient, depending on the length of the session (Evaluation and Management - 10-49 min) About you: You must have an active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in California state and 2+ years prescribing experience Active DEA and individual NPI number Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application Collaborating/supervising physician agreement, or willing to obtain one Reliable internet connection Independent liability insurance; minimum coverage amount required is $1 million occurrence/$3 million aggregate Why Talkspace?
