Estate Planning Paralegal

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting our attorneys and guiding estate planning and trust and estate matters from the initial client meeting through completion. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating directly with clients, and able to manage multiple matters independently in a fast-paced legal environment. Location: In Person Job Type: Full-Time Responsibilities Serve as an initial point of contact for clients and conduct client interviews to gather relevant information Proactively manage estate planning and trust and estate matters from beginning to end Create, organize, maintain, and update physical and electronic case files Draft estate planning documents, correspondence, and other legal materials Assist attorneys with case and document preparation File legal documents and ensure deadlines and procedural requirements are met Schedule client meetings, manage calendars, and provide general administrative support to attorneys Use Outlook, SharePoint, and similar software to organize and maintain electronic documents Assist with project management and workflow coordination related to legal matters Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, and outside professionals Qualifications Minimum of two years of experience working as an Estate Planning or Trusts and Estates Paralegal Experience conducting client interviews and gathering detailed information Strong knowledge of estate planning procedures, legal terminology, and document preparation Excellent legal drafting, proofreading, and organizational skills Experience filing legal documents and maintaining case files Familiarity with legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis Strong administrative and computer skills Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and similar document management systems Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and prioritize work effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with attorneys and other team members High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Health insurance with employer contribution Dental and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Disability insurance Employee assistance program Paid time off and paid holidays Free parking How to Apply Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit a resume and cover letter outlining their relevant experience, qualifications, and interest in the position.
