Position Summary The retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) is a hybrid front‑ and back‑shop role that serves customers, recommends products and services, performs basic vehicle services, and supports store operations. This role serves as a pipeline for future growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care. Responsibilities Customer service, sales, and issue resolution – 75% Basic vehicle service tasks (oil changes, tire service, fluids) – 25% Store operations (opening/closing, inventory, displays) as needed Assist in manager duties or act as Manager‑On‑Duty as required Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Valid automobile driver’s license Strong customer service orientation and growth mindset Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks Ability to learn and operate store systems Preferred Qualifications 2‑year degree or non‑traditional education/certification demonstrating a growth mindset Previous consumer retail sales experience Previous automotive experience or ASE certification Previous management or supervisory experience Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance – starting day 1 Paid vacation and holidays On‑job training and company‑funded ASE certifications Flexible work schedule 401(k) match Daily pay (on‑demand pay) program available Equal Employment Opportunity Bridgestone is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
