We are looking for a skilled and experienced employee who can setup and operate Fanuc controlled CNC Mills and lathes. CAD/CAM programming is a plus. We have 2,3 and 4-axis machining centers.
JOB LOCATION: 1777 Tyro Rd Lexington NC 27295
Job Summary/Responsibilities:
- Must have experience setting up horizontal mills.
- You will need to fabricate parts and ensure excellent quality control in a safe and responsible manner.
- Will work independently and be able to make decisions, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely fashion
- Must be able to calculate dimensions or tolerances using instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Must be able to load programs, proper tools and make adjustments as necessary and adjust feeds and speeds with communication from/with programmer
- Must maintain machine and tools stay in proper operational condition
- Must operate sanders and saws when needed for materials specific to your job
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints with tight tolerances, some with GD &T
- Must be able to follow all quality standards and policies that are in place
- Currently hiring for first shift
- PAY WILL BE BASED ON SKILL LEVEL
- There will be a starting pay and then an evaluation in 90 days where benefits will start and pay can be adjusted based on performance.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year minimum working on very similar CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to communicate and understand job details and instructions both verbally and written in the English language.
