This role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Location: Morrisville, NC Schedule: Onsite Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay + bonus eligibility + full benefits package

What You'll Do:

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and facility systems
• Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before failures occur
• Complete routine servicing such as lubrication and part replacement
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical and electrical issues
• Document maintenance activities and update system records
• Monitor equipment performance and report concerns
• Support maintenance inventory and tool organization
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work with operations teams to minimize downtime

What You'll Bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 13 years of maintenance or technician experience preferred
• Technical training (mechanical, HVAC, electrical) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with tools and maintenance equipment
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
