Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine at The Bernard and Millie Duker Children's Hospital at Albany Medical Center is seeking a full-time physician to join a well-established and collaborative team. Clinical and academic responsibilities Inpatient pediatric care and newborn care Pediatric sedation and complex care management Active teaching of medical students and residents in Pediatrics, Medicine-Pediatrics and Family Medicine Position details and requirements MD/DO or related degree with board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Hospital Medicine encouraged but not required Strong communication skills, with a collaborative and multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Ability to teach, mentor, and collaborate with medical students, medical residents and other healthcare providers. Opportunities for professional development and involvement in medical education.
