Position Overview The position is for RN/LPN Charge Nurses full or part-time at RegalCare Glen Ridge. The role involves providing personalized care to residents, assisting with everyday activities, monitoring health, and ensuring comfort and well‑being. Experienced nurses and new graduates are welcome. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal delivery, turning, ambulating, and providing nourishment throughout shifts. Help residents with personal hygiene tasks. Monitor residents' health and report any issues to the supervising nurse. Document resident food and fluid intake. Assist with feeding and serving nutritional supplements. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of resident living areas. Transport residents within the facility as needed. Collaborate with nurses and other staff members as required. Adhere to professional standards and follow facility policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility data. Qualifications Valid MA RN/LPN license in good standing. No prior experience required; new RN/LPN graduates are welcome. Commitment to providing high‑quality care to residents. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed. Compensation Full‑time RNs and LPNs (≥30 hours per week) are eligible for a $5,000 sign‑on bonus. Part‑time positions (≥24 hours per week) receive a $2,500 sign‑on bonus.
