Role Staff RN for Trauma Intermediate Care unit Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to high-acuity trauma patients requiring close monitoring and complex interventions. Perform thorough assessments, telemetry monitoring, medication administration, wound and post-surgical care, and respond rapidly to patient status changes. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate and support patients and families to ensure understanding and engagement in care. Qualifications & Skills Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
