Talent Acquisition Partner - Aramark Collegiate Hospitality

Requisition #: 645976 Location: Dallas, TX, US, 75202 Job Description The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for recruiting management talent for Aramark's Collegiate Hospitality line of business. This role will be aligned to the South Region inclusive of management roles in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. This role is expected to work within the Central Time Zone to best support our operational teams. Job Responsibilities Recruiting and evaluating external candidates through a variety of sources and recruiting techniques Supporting internal mobility and high-touch internal candidate experiences Sourcing, screening, and engaging internal and external candidates with care and pride - a hallmark of our hospitality culture Engage candidates and internal partners throughout the recruiting and selection process Implement the national talent management strategy for existing vacancies Support new business through pipelining candidates for anticipated business and actively participating in new business start ups within the South Region and across the Collegiate Hospitality line of business Coaching and advising internal client groups to influence action and decision making Ability to travel up to 30% of the time At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done makes a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. Qualifications 2-5 years full life cycle, high volume, corporate or agency experience recruitment experience required. Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred. Creative sourcing and pipelining experience, including use of social media – LinkedIn, etc. The ability to influence strategy and provide mentoring and counseling. Experience with researching, generating, and converting searches into a qualified candidate pool.
